I ordered a dance tote for my 8 year old daughter. I got a call from Valerie and I was told the tote I ordered was defective and they whole batch was defective. She told me I could order another bag or wait on the new shipment to come in. She didn't know when it would be. I ordered another bag and it was sent within 3 days. This problem was not the fault of Crazy Dazy but their supplier. I thank you Valerie for calling me and letting me know about the tote. Most companies would have just e-mailed or not even contacted the customer. Very good customer service. Will definitely order from this company again. And the bag is beautiful and very good quality. Love it.
