Stephen Joseph Go-Go Bag Backpack--LADYBUG--can be personalized--#3068

The backpack is very cute. I got it personalized for my daughter and it was very well done. The only problem that I had was that the backpack came damaged. I contacted the staff and they were very nice and apologized. They are replacing the bag for my daughter. I have also purchased the matching lunchbox and waiting to see how it looks. Overall the backpack looks very well made and looks like it will last a long time.

The 2 stars are because these backpacks are the cutest you will find. Also, Crazy Dazy did a fantastic job with the embroidery. There is not a better place to order from if you want one of these backpacks. My problems are not with Crazy Dazy but with the quality of this bag. My daughter has been using this backpack for a little over a year with VERY light use, maybe once every couple of weeks for outings when we need to bring something along. It has NEVER been used on a daily or even weekly basis. The straps look terrible as the pleather simple stirngs off. Both straps are starting to tear along the top and bottom. Her sister's backpack (same bag different style) had a completely broken strap after only a few months of use, with the same very light use. This is definitely not a backpack that would last for months or years with daily use. If you want something cute and expensive, this is your bag. If you want a quality product try something else. Just an FYI, the girls' two little brothers as well as two little cousins all have the quilted backpacks and they are FANTASTIC. Just skip the G0 Go Backpack if you want something that lasts.

My daughter LOVES her new backpack! The backpack is durable and big enough to store all her papers and art work as she goes to and from preschool this fall. The product arrived promptly and was personalized just as we ordered! The product ordering screens are the best I've experienced through on-line ordering because it is virtually impossible to make a personalization error when ordering.
