The next step is to fill out the form above, or if you have questions you can e-mail us at customersatisfaction@thecrazydazy.com (or call 877-561-6456), and we'll make it uniquely theirs! Then, when placing the order for your personalized backpack or bag or gift, click the "buy" button above to pay for monogramming and/or personalization.

WE ASK FOR ABOUT 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO COMPLETE YOUR CUSTOM EMBROIDERY PERSONALIZATION (not including shipping time) with the EXCEPTION OF BACK-TO-SCHOOL (July, August & September) and CHRISTMAS (November & December) WHERE PERSONALIZATION MAY RUN UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS. If you have a rush, however, let us know & we'll work with you as best we can.

A 9 LETTER LIMIT. If you need more than nine letters, you'll need to purchase another personalization.

We're sorry, because personalized items are not resalable, personalized items cannot be returned. But we can show you a preview of your personalization before we stitch it! If you want to see an example of your personalization before it is stitched, e-mail us and we will gladly send you one. Please allow up to two business days to send out an example.

Note: We only have 4" of width or height (if stitching vertically or diagonally) to work with at this price. We always make your custom embroidery as big as possible, but sizes may vary based on length of name, method of stitching and placement on bag, backpack, etc. The girls are weird font stitches the third letter above the baseline. Some fonts, like curlz, have a varying baseline. This adds to uniqueness of your personalized backpack or bag.
